The E-box module consists of two main components: the E-Box master, installed in the elevator machine room (or at the top of the elevator shaft when no machine room is present), and the E-Box slave, placed at the elevator's top. These components facilitate communication between the W3 Delivery Robot and the elevator. With the Keenon E-box module, the W3 can independently transport and deliver items to specified floors.
 
The T-box module is integrated into the hotel phone system to enable the W3 robot to notify customers in their rooms upon its arrival. With the Keenon T-box module, when the W3 reaches a room, the room phone rings to inform the customer.
