Sanjeev Shetty
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
As CEO and Co-founder, Sanjeev leads HelloGard from the front. A thought leader in the aging services and hospitality industries, he brings 25 years of experience in technology strategy and innovation to the organization. Prior to HelloGard, Sanjeev was President of Dbsync, an integrated services platform. Prior to that, Sanjeev spent two years at Connected Living as its Chief Strategy Officer. Sanjeev has consulted extensively in the senior living space, working on strategic partnerships and aging in place healthcare solutions. He also spent his early years working at Time Warner and later Spectrum, running large technology, process, and revenue operations. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and earned his MBA in Competitive Strategy. He is passionate about robotics and artificial intelligence (AI).
Johan Rahardjo
Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder
Johan leads all things technology at HelloGard and is one of our Co-founders. He is also Managing Director of Can-Am Wireless LLC where he leads the company vision to be a solution provider of advanced Internet of Things (IoT), Telematics, and Mobility Solutions for public and private sectors. Prior to leading Can-Am, Johan spent 17 years at Dell Technologies developing end-user computing and enterprise datacenter solutions that drive business success. Before that he held an engineering role at General Electric’s motion control division, developing industrial vehicle motor control solutions. He has authored 28 patents in the USA in the field of computing technology to help customers in their digital transformation journey. Johan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering.
Michael French
Chief Executive Officer (RoomRunner)
Michael is CEO of RoomRunner, a HelloGard company. He specializes in the planning, development, and project management necessary to launch properties in the Casino Gaming and Hospitality sector. With a career spanning 40 years, he has held leadership positions in several casino resorts in the USA, Bahamas, Macau, Philippines, and Vietnam wearing many caps including that of Property President, COO, SVP Operations, and General Manager. A versatile leader, Michael has managed complex pre-opening requirements including collaborating with planners and designers to ensure that facilities are designed with the customer and operations in mind. He is proficient in budgeting, business planning, marketing strategy, and recruitment, Notable names in the industry that Michael has worked with include the Venetian (Las Vegas), Caesars Palace, City of Dreams (Macau), Solaire (Manila), and Inn of the Mountain Gods (Mescalero).
Jonathan McCoy
Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder (vCare Companion)
Jonathan is the CEO and Co-founder of vCare Companion, a HelloGard Company. With 35+ years of experience in leading teams to deliver solutions across industries, he has held senior positions with world-leading tech companies. As an entrepreneur who is always looking for ways to help others – in particular, the aging and elderly – Jonathan has focused on the senior living sector since 2007 when he established a state-of-the-art assisted living memory care community. Next, he went on to form Family Care Space, the senior industry’s first digital twin provider which he currently leads, in addition to his current responsibilities with HelloGard. Jonathan is a true-blue enthusiast when it comes to all things robotics and generative AI.
Dan Phelps
Vice President, Sales
Dan is dynamic, tenacious, and versatile, with leadership experience in business development, sales, sales management, marketing, and operations. A US Air Force veteran with strong relationship management skills, Dan nearly always develops an instant rapport with clients and colleagues. He strongly believes in work cultures that promote transparency and open communication. Dan operates with great finesse and agility across the board and has made success a habit. He specializes in aligning sales and marketing to achieve strategic business growth, increase market share, and improve revenue streams. For more than a decade, he has devoted himself to helping senior living communities improve workflows and profitability utilizing technology. Truly a people’s person, his success hinges on a collaborative approach to relationship-building that leads to long-term partnerships.
Sebastian Valle

With a diverse background spanning industries including tech startups, automotive automation, and video games, Sebastian brings a unique blend of experience to the table. His journey has been defined by driving innovation in these sectors, leveraging his expertise to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of technology. From pioneering initiatives across tech startups to revolutionizing automotive automation and contributing to the exciting and captivating world of video games, he thrives on tackling complex challenges and transforming ideas into impactful realities. His passion for innovation and his deep-rooted understanding of industries fuels his drive to create lasting, game-changing contributions in the tech world.
Keith Garratt
Account Executive
Keith is an accomplished sales professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry with a focus on robotics applications within various sectors including office spaces, casinos, education, multi-family condominiums, and hotels. His knowledge of robotics technology, coupled with his strong interpersonal skills, has enabled Keith to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty. With his extensive background in sales and specialization in robotics for facilities, Keith possesses the skills, expertise, and dedication required to take any business to new heights. Outside of work, Keith finds immense joy in spending quality time with his three daughters and loving wife. Moreover, he leads a well-rounded life by indulging in personal interests such as golfing and coaching baseball and football.
Alan Rastellini
Account Executive
Alan is a hospitality, consumer packaged goods, and beverages guru. With over 30+ years of sales, category management and procurement experience, he has always believed in being at the forefront of technology. In the past, Alan has held roles at Sysco, Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Borden Foodservice, Veryfine Juices, and General Foods where he helped in ingredient formulation, packaging, dispensing systems, and tools for developing insights from data. In 2021, after 7 years of leading the cold beverage category at Sysco's corporate headquarters, Alan joined the robot revolution! Alan earned his degree at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst's Isenberg School of Management. An enthusiastic UMass athletics fan, you may run into him anywhere a UMASS team is playing, usually in the company of his Alpha Epsilon Pi brothers.
Gordon Williamson
Account Executive
Gordon is a seasoned sales executive with over 22 years of experience in the telecom, fleet management, and SaaS based software industries. His passion lies in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Throughout his career, Gordon has consistently exceeded sales targets and played a pivotal role in expanding market share for companies he has been associated with. A father of three, he is an avid sports fan who spends much of his time balancing activities for his children such as competitive dancing, baseball, basketball, and football, and also coaches a men’s lacrosse team.
Mike Langer
Account Executive
Mike brings 20 years of executive-level experience in business development and client success to HelloGard. He always puts people first, and has been a trusted advisor to clients, utilizing technology to tackle critical business challenges. His expertise spans cloud solutions, application development, systems integration, data management, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML). Mike graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Interpersonal Communications. He was also selected to participate in the Advanced Academic Marketing Program for Apple. When not at work, Mike can be found exploring Cincinnati's thriving tech scene, attending concerts, or engaging in outdoor activities.

Amy has 27 years of sales expertise, including a strong background in the education domain. With 15 of those years spent in the Senior Living industry, she has fostered close relationships with families and communities. Amy’s unwavering passion for all aspects of Senior Living fuels her commitment to excellence. Her exceptional organizational abilities play a pivotal role in supporting HelloGard’s expansion, ensuring the company is well-prepared for remarkable growth ahead.
Nickolas Blonski

Nickolas is a consummate sales and business development leader with over 18 years of experience. A dynamic professional with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth, he has successfully cultivated strong client relationships across diverse industries including the telecom, banking, and software as a service (SaaS) sectors. His strategic approach, combined with passion for problem-solving, has consistently delivered results for clients. Nickolas is an avid technology enthusiast who always prioritizes placing the needs of customers first.
Fayyam Shah
Account Executive
Fayyam is a sales professional who is focused on driving success and growth for our team. With a rich background in sports and entertainment, he most recently held the position of Account Executive with the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers. Fayyam originally hails from Raleigh, North Carolina, and is an alumnus of UNC Chapel Hill. An experienced sports professional with a passion for technology, Fayyam is driving HelloGard’s expansion into the future of sports and entertainment venues.

Jessica brings a wealth of marketing finesse and understanding to the HelloGard team. With experience that includes leadership roles in Indonesia for a global nonprofit and having worked in the real estate sector in Toronto, she is now passionate about leveraging technology to empower communities worldwide. She is excited and well-informed about the potential of robotics and artificial intelligence to help shape a brighter future. Jessica has lived in Venezuela and Romania, and travelled to over 45 countries, allowing her to bring a truly global cultural perspective when it comes to all things marketing and branding.

Sarah Hoit
Founder & CEO, Social Impact Partners

Sarah Hoit is a social entrepreneur, executive, and consultant. In both the private and public sectors, she has founded, led, and served organizations that deliver meaningful social impact. Hoit became the Chief Social Impact Officer for BioVie, Inc. (Nasdaq: BIVI) in 2022. BioVie is a biotechnology pharmaceutical company that through person-centered science is creating groundbreaking innovations to combat diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. In addition to her role with BioVie, Sarah is also the founder and CEO of Social Impact Partners, a nonprofit organization whose partners share a belief in the power of collaboration to create change while also working to globally combat Alzheimer’s and neurodegenerative conditions.
